No matter the format of the incoming document, it is recognized by the OCR-engine and entered into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central with minimal human involvement. The application supports all major formats, including PDF and XML most typically used for invoices and other payment documents. After automatic registration, the document automatically falls into the appropriate working area and becomes available for all users. The application works with any type of documents. Along with invoices it can be client agreements, contracts with partners, certificates, orders and any other correspondence.

The approval function allows users to automatically receive a notification immediately after a document is entered into the system — they get notified that they need to react on it. In particular, the system allows you to approve or reject an incoming document, delegate its review to another user or put it on hold. All actions made with the document are saved in the log. The document approval process takes place within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or directly on the Continia Web Approval Portal. At any time the user can also attach any additional and relevant files to the document: photos, audio, etc.

Cloud storage provides an almost unlimited archiving capability which, in turn, allows you to quickly access any saved document. The search engine provides the ability to sort documents by tracking number, sections, users who have worked with them, keywords and phrases from the document text.

Any authorised user can refer to the required document at any time from a mobile device, approve it, or leave a comment. It facilitates communication and reduces the time it takes for several employees to process the document.
